Welcome to North South Packers and Movers. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We request you to read them carefully before proceeding with any booking or relocation activity.

1. Service Confirmation
Our services will begin only after the booking is confirmed by both parties. A confirmation may be verbal, written, or digital. Once confirmed, any change or cancellation must be informed in advance.

2. Quotation and Charges
All quotes provided are based on the information shared by the customer. Final charges may vary depending on actual items, distance, services used, or unforeseen circumstances. Any additional services requested on the spot will incur extra charges.

3. Packing and Handling
We use quality packing materials and skilled labor for safe handling. However, we are not liable for damage caused due to incorrect packing by the customer, fragile items not disclosed in advance, or pre-existing defects.

4. Delays and Delivery
While we aim to deliver within the committed timeframe, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other unexpected factors. We shall not be held responsible for such delays.

5. Customer Responsibility
Customers must ensure:

• Accurate address and contact details are provided

• No hazardous, flammable, or illegal items are included in the shipment

• Valuable or confidential items like jewelry, cash, and documents are not included in the move

6. Vehicle and Insurance
Vehicles used for transportation are maintained for safety, but we recommend customers opt for insurance to cover any potential transit damages or losses. North South Packers and Movers is not liable for loss if no insurance is availed.

7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled move may be eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations after this window or last-minute changes are subject to charges.

8. Storage Services
Storage services (if availed) are billed monthly or as agreed. All items stored are at the owner’s risk unless insured. Access to stored items must be scheduled in advance.

9. Disputes and Legal
In case of any disputes, both parties agree to resolve the issue amicably. If unresolved, the matter shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts where our registered office is located.

10. Modifications to Terms
North South Packers and Movers reserves the right to change or update these terms without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
